A booked tour package shall be subject to cancellation charges, as follows:
- NO charges for the tour cancelled before 45 days of arrival date.
- 25% cancellation charges for the tour cancelled less than 45 days of arrival date.
- 75% cancellation charges for the tour cancelled less than 30 days of arrival date.
- 100% cancellation charges for less than 15 days of arrival date and for any change of itinerary.
Delayed Arrival/Departure
There shall be no charge for the number of days of delay in arrival/departure due to the weather condition disrupting flights schedule or roadblocks. However, the tourist must bear the cost of food, accommodation, travel and other necessities on actual basis.
